Off Lease Only was started as E & M Auto Sales in Long Island, NY in 1992. It's owner started selling used cars out of his house at thousands less than retail. The success caused him to expand his driveway to accommodate more cars. Ultimately, renting a small lot became necessary.

Then it was time to grow, moving to a larger market in South Florida in 1997. He rented a small warehouse in Lantana specializing in Fords, Lincolns, Mercury's and Jaguars. He kept expanding the area until the neighborhood was too small to accommodate the traffic and inventory. With the idea of expanding into more products, he became Off Lease Only in 2004.

The expanded inventory necessitated moving to our current location. First we had over 2 1/2 acres. Out-growing that, we purchased another 2 1/2 acres behind us.
