My experience at Off Lease Only was great. Eddy was our helper and he made sure we were a happy family at the end of our visit. We ended up picking a 2012 Mazda 6 which is exactly what we wanted. Franciso Flores is absolutely without a doubt one of the best car salesmen that I have met in the long time. I initially came in without a clear concise idea of what I wanted. He showed sincerity in understanding that a car is not something one rushes to buy into because they are pressured by a car salesmen. He provided me with a sense of comfort; advising me that if I needed time to think about it go ahead I thought it was a bluff, I came back almost a week later with a total different choice of vehicle in mind and he wasted no time in making me feel comfortable in my purchase. He disclosed everything even when I told him I looked up the Carfax myself; he made sure he went over it with me in every detail. Whereas, most car salesman are utterly aggressive and stick on you with out providing you time to think just to make a sale. Franciso is total different he put customer’s first.
