Kelly Blue Book:

*According to Kelley Blue Book Typical Listing Price

The Kelley Blue Book Typical Listing Price Value is representative of dealers' asking prices and is the starting point for negotiation between a consumer and a dealer. The Typical Listing Price Value assumes that the vehicle has been fully reconditioned and has a clean title history. It also takes into account the dealers' profit, costs for advertising, sales commissions and other costs of doing business. The final sale price will likely be less depending on the vehicle's actual condition, popularity, type of warranty offered and local market conditions.

True Frame: True Frame inspects vehicles for structural, paint and frame integrity. True Frame does not inspect for mechanical and does not guarantee the mechanical dependability of any vehicle they inspect. Off Lease Only incorporates all of True Frame's terms and conditions (see https://www.true360.com/terms ) as though fully set forth herein.

Car Fax: A CarFax Vehicle History report provides useful information for a vehicle based on data CarFax collects from U.S. motor vehicle agencies, police departments, fire departments, collision repair centers, auto auctioneers and other sources. As extensive as CarFax's database is, they may not have all of the information about a car's past, for example an accident may have never been reported, or may only have been reported to a source to which CARFAX does not have access. In addition, a CarFax Report can change after your date of purchase depending on changes to CarFax policies or additional information becoming available. All cars qualify for the Carfax Buyback Guarantee, unless otherwise noted. Off Lease Only further incorporates all of CarFax's  terms and conditions (see https://www.carfax.com/company/terms-of-use) as though fully set forth herein. Additional information about CarFax Reports can be found here Buy a Clean Car not a Clean CarFax.

CarFax Definitions:

Total Loss - An insurance or fleet company declares a vehicle a total loss when a claim exceeds approximately 75% of its pre-damage value or if the vehicle is stolen and not recovered. This damage threshold varies by company. These companies typically take possession and obtain the title. Not all total loss vehicles result in a DMV-reported branded title, like a Salvage or Junk title.

Structural Damage* - All levels of accidents, from minor to severe, can cause structural damage to a vehicle (i.e., damage to the frame or unibody).

Airbag Deployment - Occurs when the driver, passenger or side airbag has been used or deployed during a crash or other incident. If an airbag has been deployed, it must be replaced by a qualified technician. Have this car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase.

Odometer Check - CARFAX analyzes mileage data to help identify potential:

·       Rollbacks - odometer tampering to conceal a car's true mileage (i.e. Fraud or illegal activity)

·       Rollovers - after reaching the maximum reading, the odometer restarts from zero (i.e. Mechanical or equipment limitation)

·       Inconsistencies - conflicting mileage data means CARFAX cannot determine if it's a potential rollback (i.e. Potential human error)

Accident Damage - Various events could indicate an accident or damage in a vehicle's history, such as: salvage auction, fire damage, police-reported accident, crash test vehicle, damage disclosure, collision repair facility and automotive recycler records.

Buyback/Lemon -A DMV or a state agency marks an official document or issues a Manufacturer Buyback/Lemon title when a vehicle has been repurchased by the manufacturer. Not all states issue manufacturer buyback titles and the specific requirements for a lemon law vehicle varies by state.

Manufacturer Recall - Automobile manufacturers issue recall notices to inform owners of car defects that have come to the manufacturer's attention. Recalls also suggest improvements that can be made to improve the safety of a particular vehicle. Most manufacturer recalls can be repaired at no cost to you.

Basic Warranty - Most manufacturers offer a basic warranty for new vehicles. These warranties vary by manufacturer and typically last for a certain amount of time and/or a set number of miles.

* Auction announcements of structural damage are in the form of words such as Airbag/ Unibody/ Frame/ Structural based on NAAA Auction Arbitration Rules. This simply means that the car has been in a previous accident and has sustained damage at one time. There is no distinction between a minor dent or a major accident when it comes to the use of these words. Due to Unibody construction, any vehicle that sustains any damage can be considered, even if the accident is as minor as an 1/8 inch to1 inch dent to the body or structure of the vehicle, or something much more serious.

AutoCheck: AutoCheck vehicle history reports use a numerical score similar to a credit score that is between 70 and 90 to tell you about a vehicle's history. An AutoCheck reports include reported frame or structural damage and odometer damage. It will also include things like whether the manufacturer has issued any open recalls or buybacks as well as if it has been part of an insurance total loss. AutoCheck reports include information from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. While the scoring system can be useful, it can also be a drawback. The narrow range of numbers means that a small difference in an AutoCheck score could mean that there is a significant issue in the car's history. Off Lease Only incorporates all of AutoCheck's terms and conditions (see https://www.autocheck.com/vehiclehistory/terms-of-use) as though fully set forth herein.
