- When you find the used car (or cars) that seems right for you, contact us by phone (1-866-514-0929), email or chat.
- One of our Off Lease Only Experts will take you on a Live, Virtual Vehicle Tour to help you decide which car is perfect for you. It's that simple!
Reserve and Protect Your Investment
- Once you've found the right pre-owned car, submit a $500 deposit to secure the vehicle and move one step closer to purchase.
- Next, one of our business managers will reach out to discuss your used car financing options or to provide you with a total out-the-door price.
- We will also present you with Extended Service Agreements for added peace of mind post-purchase.
Finalize Your Purchase
- Schedule a convenient time to have one of our third-party notary companies come to you and complete all relevant paperwork.
- Once our logistics team received all the signatures, funds, down payments and updated insurance information, we'll begin finalizing the delivery process!
Convenient Delivery to Your Doorstep
- Once you've submitted your payment, we'll contact a vehicle carrier and schedule a pick-up/drop-off time that's convenient for you!

How Does Sales Tax Work?
All vehicles purchased will be charged applicable state sales tax on the total order. You will pay Florida Sales Tax up to 6% according to your state sales tax. If your state sales tax is over 6%, or there are any additional tax charges in your County, the remaining balance will be paid to your state. Example: If your state sales tax is 8.5%, you will pay Florida Sales Tax of 6% and the additional 2.5% will be paid to your state.
Do I Live in a Non-Reciprocal State?
If you live in one of the four non-reciprocal states of Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, or West Virginia, you are required to pay sales tax in both states if you drive the vehicle home. If you purchase the vehicle through our Home Delivery Service and ship your vehicle home, you only pay sales tax in your home state.
What Additional Costs Can I Expect?
Remote Certification Fee: one of the following fees may be applied for remote notary or remote identity verification services where applicable:
- Remote Identity Verification $149 (Florida)
- Remote Notary Session $149 (Out of State)
- In-Person Document Signing / Notary Service $249

What Are My State's Vehicle Safety Requirements?
Our cars meet Florida's safety requirements. If you live in a state that has different safety requirements, please understand that we cannot pay to make the car you purchase pass your state's requirements. If you live in a colder climate, it is a good idea to have your car checked before a deep freeze as most of our inventory has lived in Florida and is not used to cold weather.
